1. What do we mean by fully white-label?

You can customize pretty much everything: the overall look & feel, talent profile types & questions, sign up & welcoming pages, emails, etc.! It just looks like your team has built the platform internally!

2. What are the steps to deploy SplendUp?

We’ll support you throughout so that you make the most of SplendUp:

#1. INITIAL ACESS & SET UP:
You get access to SplendUp right away. You’ll tell us how you want to configure and use SplendUp in a Kick Off call. We take care of the set-up straightaway.

#2. (FREE!) TRIAL & RAMP UP:
This is the time where you launch & ramp up your Talent Hub, inviting the first talents and, if relevant, a few traiblazer hirig teams. We also use this time to capture integration needs and prepare together the future onboarding of all the hiring teams with our ready-to-deploy comms & onboarding kit.

#3. FULL ONBOARDING:
Here, we invite all the hiring teams onto SplendUp, sharing the onboarding comms with dedicated live demo & Q&A sessions, a dedicated support channel, and more!

#4. USAGE:
Making sure you get all the intended value from SplendUp is a priority for us. You’ll have access to engagement insights. We'll support you as needed on identifying ways to further engage your Hub.

3. How long does it take to deploy SplendUp?

Including the 4-week free trial, we’re looking at 4 to 6 weeks to deploy SplendUp. Of course, we can go mush faster if you want to!

#1. INITIAL ACESS & SET UP: 38 minutes (literally) to get access + 55 minutes to set up the platform once we have your input.

#2. (FREE!) TRIAL & RAMP UP:
4 weeks, at the end of which we confirm all the value SplendUp will bring you!

#3. FULL ONBOARDING:
We usually do this over 2 weeks: invitation email with a 15 min demo video and/or live session followed by an optinoal Q&A session two weeks later. We tailor this to the number of hiring teams and your preferences.

#4. USAGE:
Forever! Long live our partnership!

4. Is SplendUp GDPR compliant?

Yes, of course. We have many companies and users in Europe!

5. What geographic coverage do you have?

Worldwide! Hiring teams using SplendUp are spreaded across 5 continents. Those based in the US and Europe are in larger proportion but our platform is fully geo-agnostic. We can also work with you to address any local specificities including language, specific regulatory requirements (GDPR, DE&I survey…).

6. How do I start my free trial?

Schedule a quick chat with Laurie, SplendUp's CEO here. 5min? 15min? 30min? You decide!

She will share more details about SplendUp, how to get started and navigate our solution. That way, we ensure you make the most of SplendUp based on your needs - we have a pretty complete solution!

7. What if I refer SplendUp to my network?


Of course, we'll reward you for helping us! We'll give you a USD 500 discount on your next monthly payment if you refer a new customer that signs a contract of at least 12 months. If you're on an annual payment, we'll apply it to your next annual payment. You can accumulate these overtime, for up to 75% discount on your total subcription.
